A company in Pretoria is looking for a YES Intern.
- The salary is R7500,00
- Its a 12-month Internship.

- Only candidates that have not yet completed a YES Internship before can apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage bookings for vehicles in the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote workshop services, products, and upgrades.
- Identify sales opportunities in the workshop and work towards meeting sales targets.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services where applicable.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including updating customer records and processing bookings.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of communication with customers regarding their vehicle status and service needs.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (With an average of 60%)
- No criminal record
- Passionate about the motor industry
- Must be unemployed currently
- Looking to join a great company and build a career
- Sales-oriented with a strong passion for customer service and retention.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
