Position: Salesperson

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson who will represent BUHLE BONTLE TRAINING AND BEAUTY in the market, driving growth, increasing product awareness, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, motivated by results, and committed to achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of beauty products and training programs through direct and indirect channels, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate new leads, cold call, maintain relationships with existing clients (salons, spas, individuals) and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Monitor and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, track performance metrics, and prepare sales reports.
  • Provide in-salon or in-studio training and product knowledge to clients to ensure proper usage, leading to repeat business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or training industry.
  • Education & Skills: A diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, sales, marketing or relevant field is preferred. Able to present professionally. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Technical: Product knowledge in beauty, skincare, haircare; ability to conduct product demos or training; computer literate (especially MS Office / CRM tools).
  • Personal Qualities: Driven, self-motivated, target-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be customer-centric, well groomed, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (if travelling required). Flexibility to travel locally for client visits, events, or training sessions.
